PERSONAL TRAINING

Walnut Physical Therapy and Performance offers private or semi-private personal training for fitness and wellness needs.

 

An assessment will be conducted by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). CSCS is the highest personal training certificate in the fitness industry. 

 

Individualized exercise programs will be created based on clients' goals, needs, and assessment findings.  Common training foci include power, strength, hypertrophy, agility, balance, core strengthening, flexibility, and mobility.

PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

60 minute one-on-one training with your CSCS to accomplish your personal goals. Prior to beginning your personal training journey a functional movement screen will be administered to assist with identifying your areas of focus.

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Bring a partner to join you!

Monday: 8 AM-7 PM

Tuesday-Thursday: 8 AM- 8 PM

Friday: 8 AM- 7 PM
