Dr. Lilly Koh

Doctor of Physical Therapy
Meet Dr. Lilly Koh, a passionate physical therapist with deep roots in the San Gabriel Valley. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from USC, driven by her belief in the power of conservative treatment to heal and enhance quality of life through movement and exercise.

Dr. Koh brings a wealth of experience from diverse settings, including athletic training facilities, CrossFit gyms, and orthopedic offices. Her expertise encompasses a range of conditions such as ACL reconstructions, joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, disc herniations, sciatica, and ankle sprains. As a firm believer in evidence-based practice, she actively engages with professional organizations like the American Physical Therapy Association and the California Physical Therapy Association. Notably, she is among the elite 6% of physical therapists certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Dr. Koh dedicates her time to volunteering at local high schools. She enjoys family adventures, traveling, playing basketball and pickleball, and cheering on her beloved USC Trojans. With her dedication and expertise, Dr. Koh is committed to helping others lead healthier, more active lives.
Dr. Leanne Komoda
PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Leanne Komoda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology graduating summa cum laude from California State University, Fullerton. Following injuries during Walnut High School basketball and rehabilitating with physical therapy, Leanne decided to pursue a career in physical therapy in order to help others rehabilitate from their own injuries. Leanne earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from California State University, Long Beach. She has professional experience working in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation settings.
In her free time she enjoys walking her two dogs, watching movies and spending time with her family. She has been a passionate basketball fan, especially of the Los Angeles Lakers since she was young. She is also a “foodie” and likes to try new restaurants, especially dessert shops.
Dr. Gavin Garcia
PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Gavin Garcia attended California State University, Long Beach, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Gavin’s passion for physical therapy was sparked by an extracurricular class in high school and grew stronger as he delved into personal fitness and understood the benefits of exercise as medicine. He has professional experience in outpatient orthopedic settings and is always eager to help his patients improve their health-related quality of life.
In his free time, Gavin enjoys playing and watching basketball, curating music playlists, and spending time outdoors with his golden retriever, Nemo. He also dabbles in video games, and has recently picked up pickleball.
